Coconut oil is a great souce of medium-chain triglycerides (fats) which are believed to promote fat burning and raise good cholesterol levels in the blood. Cinnamon stabilizes blood sugar and raisins are an excellent source of potassium, a mineral needed for heart function. Even cookies can be nutritious!
